<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">The two companies have commenced cooperation initially through 2 projects, both for high profile clients.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The first sees OceanEar providing a team of Marine Mammal Observers to the Russian gas giant, Gazprom, which has contracted with CGG-Veritas operating the “Geo Challenger” for a 3D seismic data acquisition project in Area 19 offshore Libya.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">   </span>It is anticipated that the project, which started in early December, will continue for a period of approximately 100 days.</span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">The second project is a joint Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) being completed on behalf of the international arm of India’s National Oil Company, ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The purpose of the EIA is to understand and document the potential impact the completion of a 3D seismic data acquisition survey, which OVL intend to complete in Area 43 offshore Libya, may have on the marine environment and to suggest mitigation measures to minimise any such impact. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In order to provide a contemporary environmental data set, the EIA will comprise both a period of ‘at sea’ data gathering, involving a team of surveyors and marine environmental scientist who will gather temperature, salinity and current profiles coupled with marine mammal observations, followed by data analysis and report compilation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Preparations for the offshore survey work are currently underway, with the project team aiming to have the EIA report issued by January 2009. </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Mark Burnett, Chief Operating Officer of WGP Group commented:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>“Building on WGP’s previous experience in Libya in which a number of 2D data acquisition projects were completed in 2005 and 2006, working with PCC as a partner in Libya should unlock and number of opportunities in this rapidly accelerating market.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>PCC has a wealth of experience providing consultancy services for both environmental and petroleum based projects and is a great synergy with WGP’s experience, capability and development strategy.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>WGP is certainly exited about the opportunity to work with PCC on developing the cooperation and collaboration between the two companies”.</span></span></span></p>
